Grenada's remote-work permit, created by the Remote Employment Act 2021, allows digital nomads to live in Grenada for one year, renewable for up to one more, while working exclusively for foreign employers or clients. The law requires proof of actual annual income of at least EC$100,000 (about US$37,000) and sets fees of US$1,500/EC$4,050 for an individual or US$2,000/EC$5,400 for an applicant with up to three dependants (renewals US$1,400). Applications are paper-based through Grenadian immigration or embassies, and foreign income is expressly exempt from Grenadian income tax.
