Georgia has no formal digital nomad visa — instead, citizens of 95+ countries (including the US, UK, EU and Canada) can enter visa-free and stay a full 365 days, with no application, fee or income proof. The stay cannot be extended in-country, but leaving and re-entering resets the clock. Note that Georgia's new labor-migration law (effective March 1, 2026) introduced work permits for foreigners employed locally or self-employed in Georgia; people working remotely purely for foreign employers are not covered, though implementation details are still being clarified.
