Colombia's Visa V for digital nomads is granted for up to 2 years to remote workers earning at least three times the Colombian minimum wage — about COP 5.25 million (roughly USD 1,350) per month in 2026 — from non-Colombian sources. It is applied for online through the Foreign Ministry (about USD 54 study fee plus USD 177 issuance fee), and health insurance covering your stay (from 2026, including medical repatriation) is required. The visa cannot be extended in-country — you reapply — and time on it does not count toward a resident (R) visa.
