The Barbados Welcome Stamp, launched in 2020, lets remote workers live in Barbados for 12 months while working for employers or clients outside the country. You must declare expected income of at least US$50,000 for the year and hold valid health insurance; the fee is US$2,000 for an individual or US$3,000 for a family, payable only after approval. Holders pay no Barbados income tax and can reapply to extend their stay beyond the first year.
